About the Role

We're looking for a Marketing Manager with proven experience in product-led growth (PLG) to drive global adoption of our AI infrastructure platform. You will design and execute strategies to attract data scientists and AI professionals, grow active usage, and position tracebloc as the go-to environment for building high-performance vertical AI models.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive User Acquisition & Self-Serve Growth
    Develop and execute strategies to attract and convert data scientists into active platform users. Manage multi-channel acquisition (organic, paid, content, partnerships, referrals) and run growth experiments to improve sign-up and activation rates.
  • Manage Multi-Channel Communication
    Own tracebloc's presence on LinkedIn and other social platforms. Plan and execute blog posts, newsletters, and product updates targeted to technical audiences.
  • Engage Key Communities
    Identify and participate in relevant data science forums, Slack/Discord groups, and enterprise AI networks to drive awareness and foster conversations.
  • Build Influencer Relationships
    Develop partnerships with key opinion leaders through webinars, podcasts, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Event & Conference Research
    Identify relevant events, hackathons, and conferences. Support speaking opportunities, sponsorships, and workshops to position tracebloc as a thought leader.
  • Website & Content Oversight
    Maintain a compelling website experience, editorial calendar, and technical thought-leadership content.
  • Strategic Partnerships
    Build relationships with complementary platforms and educational programs. Launch and track co-branded initiatives.
  • Measure & Optimize
    Track and report marketing KPIs, continuously refining strategies based on insights.

Required Experience & Skills

Experince: 3–5 years in B2B SaaS marketing, demand generation, or user acquisition (PLG experience preferred).

Skills:
  • Strong understanding of PLG and self-serve adoption strategies.
  • Proven track record in brand building and lead generation.
  • Excellent copywriting for technical audiences.
  • Community engagement and influencer management experience.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills.
Personality Traits:
  • Proactive and self-starting.
  • Strategic thinker with strong communication skills.
  • Collaborative and able to align across teams.
